What is included in the GTM Foundation?

The GTM Foundation includes: a 60-minute ICP definition workshop, a verified lead list of 300–500 contacts, CRM setup or audit in HubSpot, email deliverability infrastructure (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, inbox warmup), email and LinkedIn sequences written and live, and the first campaign running — all in 10 to 15 business days.

What does the monthly retainer include?

The Outbound Management retainer includes: monthly lead list refresh (300–500 new verified contacts), ongoing sequence optimisation, reply management and meeting booking, CRM maintenance, a weekly metrics report delivered by email, and a monthly 30-minute strategy call.

Does GrowthStack require a long-term contract?

The GTM Foundation is a one-time project with no ongoing commitment required. The Outbound Management retainer is month-to-month after the first 90 days.

Can I do Phase 1 without committing to Phase 2?

Yes. You can engage GrowthStack for the GTM Foundation only. At the end of Phase 1 you'll have a fully built outbound system you can run yourself or hand to a team member.

Do you guarantee a number of meetings booked?

No. We don't guarantee meeting counts because too many variables are outside any agency's control. What we commit to is the quality of the system, transparent weekly reporting, and continuous optimisation.

What tools do you use?

We use HubSpot for CRM, Apollo and Clay for lead generation, Instantly or Smartlead for sequencing and inbox rotation, MillionVerifier for list verification, and n8n for automation. All tools are configured on your accounts.
