Common questions

Do I need HubSpot set up before we start? +
No — CRM setup or audit is included in Phase 1. If you have HubSpot already, we'll audit it. If you don't, we configure it from scratch as part of setup.
Can I start Phase 2 without doing Phase 1? +
No. Phase 1 is required. Campaigns built on weak foundations — wrong ICP, unverified lists, poor deliverability — fail consistently. Phase 1 is what makes Phase 2 worth paying for.
Do you guarantee a number of meetings? +
We don't guarantee counts in contracts because too many variables are outside our control. What we do guarantee: a working system, transparent weekly reporting, and continuous optimisation toward meetings as the primary KPI.
How long is the Phase 2 commitment? +
Two months minimum, then month-to-month. The two-month minimum exists because results take time — reply rates and meetings booked improve significantly between months one and two as sequences are optimised.
Do you work with companies outside the US and UK? +
Yes. We've run campaigns for companies in the US, UK, and East Africa. B2B outbound fundamentals travel — if you have a clear ICP and a product people want, we can build a motion that reaches them regardless of geography.
